“House of Rare Annual Summer Style Giveaway”
Official rules
By participating in the “House of Rare™ Annual Summer Style Giveaway” you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of House of Rare™ ("Self-Sponsored"), which are final and binding in all respects.
1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Loyal Customers whom have made a purchase from March 25 – recent are automatically entered unless refused.
Please Note: A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, immediate family members, and household members of House of Rare™ are not eligible to enter or win.
3. Entry period
This promotion begins on Monday August 4, 2025 at 08:00AM Eastern Standard Time and ends on Thursday August 14, 2025 at 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time. ("Entry Period").
4. How to enter
Eligible entrants can enter the giveaway by:
Social Media: Following us on Instagram @HouseofRareTM, liking & Reposting the designated post, and tagging two friends".
Entrants cannot share email addresses or households. There is a limit of 1 entry per person per day.
5. Winner selection and notification
A random drawing from eligible entries will select one potential winner. Winning odds depend on the number of entries. The drawing will take place via Tik Tok live. The winner will be notified via Direct Message, Email, etc. and must respond within two days to claim the prize or risk forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
6. Prizes
Prizes are awarded "as is," non-transferable, and cannot be substituted for cash. The sponsor can substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Taxes
Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses related to the prize or participation. For prizes over $600, a prize validation form acknowledging tax responsibility is required.
8. General conditions
The sponsor can disqualify anyone tampering with the giveaway or its promotion. The sponsor can also void entries, end the giveaway, or modify it if technical issues or unforeseen events compromise its integrity.
9. Limitation of liability
By entering, participants agree to release House of Rare™ and related parties from liability for any issues arising from participation, prize acceptance, technical problems, or human error.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected will only be used for administering the giveaway and won't be shared without consent.
